    • Some items show their own estimated delivery date. The date you see on the product page, in the cart and at checkout is the estimate for your delivery address.
    • 60 days to return it, counted from the day it arrives. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
    • If it arrives damaged, tell us within 5 business days of delivery. If it has not arrived 5 business days after your delivery window ends, tell us then.

1. Shipping Coverage

Helio Cure ships to 234 countries and territories in two shipping zones. The first is the United States. The second is every other country we serve. Your zone is set by your delivery address, and the checkout shows your shipping charge before you pay. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not ship there at present.

2. Order Processing Times

US orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. All other orders are processed within 3 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, product launches or periods of high demand.

3. Item Delivery Dates

Some items show their own estimated delivery date on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. That date is worked out for your delivery address, so it is your delivery estimate for that item wherever you are. An item that is built to order for your country shows a single date that already includes the time to build it and ship it. Items with different delivery dates ship separately, so you may receive more than one delivery.

4. United States

Shipping is free on every order and shows at checkout as Free Express Shipping. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered 3 to 5 business days after dispatch by USPS, UPS or FedEx. All US orders ship from our facility in California.

5. Everywhere Else

Standard Shipping is charged by the weight of your order, from US$80 for our smallest panel. The exact charge for your address shows at checkout before you pay. Orders are processed within 3 business days and delivered 15 to 20 business days after dispatch by courier, DHL, FedEx or UPS, tracked all the way. Your country may charge import duty and local taxes on arrival. You pay them to the carrier on delivery. Helio Cure does not collect them and cannot tell you the amount in advance.

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers

US orders ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx from our facility in California. International orders ship by courier, DHL, FedEx or UPS, from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, and every international shipment is tracked. The carrier is selected based on your location and service availability.

7. Import Duty and Taxes

If your order ships to the United States, there is no import duty for you to pay. If your order ships anywhere else, your country may charge import duty and local taxes when the parcel arrives. The carrier collects them from you on delivery. Helio Cure does not set them, does not collect them and cannot tell you the amount in advance. Import duty, taxes and carrier fees paid on delivery are not refunded if you return the order.

8. Plugs and Voltage

Every panel ships with the plug of the country it is delivered to. The power supply works on 100 to 240 V, so the panel runs on the mains supply in any country.

9. Currency at Checkout

Prices show in your own currency at checkout in most countries. Our base currency is the US dollar, and where your currency is not offered the price shows in US dollars.

10. Order Tracking

Tracking details are emailed within 3 business days of dispatch. Use the tracking link to follow your shipment. Where your carrier offers it, you can request a signature on delivery or reschedule the delivery date directly with the carrier.

11. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

Delivery windows are estimates. Helio Cure is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team via our Contact page within 5 business days of delivery. If it has not arrived 5 business days after the end of your delivery window, contact us then. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Where the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or it arrives damaged, we reship or refund your order.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees. Helio Cure is not liable for delays or losses resulting from address errors.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

Helio Cure ensures that all orders are properly packed and handed to the shipping carrier in good condition. Once an order is handed to the carrier, we track it with you, and where the carrier confirms it is lost or it arrives damaged we reship or refund it as set out in section 11. Helio Cure is not liable for incorrect contact information provided by the customer or for theft of packages after delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any concerns to the best of our ability.

14. Force Majeure

Helio Cure shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, postal disruptions, customs inspections, or labor strikes.
