1. Shipping Coverage

Helio Cure ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and service availability.

4. Shipping Rates

Free express shipping is included with all U.S. orders. No additional fees are charged for standard or expedited delivery options.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. While we aim for timely delivery, Helio Cure is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed within 3 business days after your order is placed. You can use the tracking link to follow the shipment and request “signature on delivery” or reschedule the delivery date directly with the shipping provider.

7. Fulfillment Location

All U.S. orders are shipped from our facility in California.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears to be lost, please contact our support team via our Contact page within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees. Helio Cure is not liable for delays or losses resulting from address errors.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Helio Cure ensures that all orders are properly packed and handed off to the shipping carrier in good condition. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Helio Cure is not liable for incorrect contact information provided by the customer, theft of packages after delivery, or other issues that occur during final delivery. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any concerns to the best of our ability.

11. Force Majeure

Helio Cure shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, postal disruptions, or labor strikes.
